Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated - minus the toppings of course.
Continue to knead the dough until fairly smooth.
Either place dough on a lightly floured surface to roll out the dough, or simply use your hands to spread it out into a pizza shape.
Place dough on parchment paper and use a fork to poke holes all around to help keep the dough from bubbling too much.
Microwave for 40 seconds.
Place sauce and toppings of choice on the pizza.
Microwave for another 30 seconds, or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are cooked.

Notes
Note: To make it crispy, either put it on a cookie sheet and then in the oven for a few extra minutes. Or heat up a pan on the stove and place already cooked pizza in the pan for a few seconds.
