Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add .5 cup sugar, arrowroot, mixed berries, water, and lemon juice to skillet.
Stir everything together while you bring the mixture to a boil.
Let it boil while the sauce thickens. Stir occashionally.
Turn off the heat while you put together the topping.
Mix together the Bisquick mix, milk, sugar and melted butter in a medium bowl until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into your pie/baking dish then top it with the dough.
Either drop the dough onto the mixture in spoonfuls or create pancake-like drops and spread around the mixture.
Bake the cobbler for about 15 minutes, until the dough has browned and no longer doughy.
Serve immediately with your favorite ice cream or save for later.
