I don’t know about you but these past two years (Covid) have really started wearing on me.  

I’ll be honest the first year or so was actually ok.

Adjusting to everything was a bit stressful but overall it wasn’t so bad.

But lately, say the last few months have really started to become stressful and I find myself more and more anxious.  

I just happened to run across a really interesting article regarding brainwave technology! 

Never heard of it, I know me neither, but I researched it a bit and even signed up for the free demo.  

I tried it that night and….. 

I have to tell you, just doing the little bit I did today was amazing.  

So, what is it?

It’s listening to music!

Yup, that’s right.

That includes enjoying our family, friends, and even our environment!!
