First, I’d like to just say that this is not going to be a post on religion.

I want to look at this definition of Faith:

The complete trust or confidence in someone or something.

Again, not in regards to religion, but what do you believe in and/or trust?

I hope some of these people made your list:

  • Your parents
  • Siblings
  • Significant other
  • Other family members
  • Long time friends

How about some of these things:

  • Your car getting you to work each day
  • Having hot water for your next shower
  • You’ll have clothes to wear for the next day

Now let’s look at what I’d really like you to think about:

Did you put yourself on that list?

If yes, that’s awesome!!!

No? Would you now that I’ve mentioned it?

If yes, awesome :)!!

Not sure, maybe or maybe not?

Life is full of happiness and tears: be strong and have faith.

That’s cool, and you know what, I’d say very honest.

You know why? If we’re all honest with ourselves, we do not always believe or trust ourselves, right?

We should! But it’s easier to say than to always do!! And that’s o.k.

But, now with these thoughts going through your mind, I present my challenge 🙂

I challenge you to trust yourself more, believe in yourself more and to definitely have more faith in yourself!

Faith is the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.
∼Martin Luther King, Jr.

Why?

Because, You Deserve It!!!

Like I read somewhere recently and had a bit of an epiphany (I know, I know): You are with yourself the most.

That means, you of all people, know your self the best – or should!

Are you good at believing in yourself, trusting yourself and just in general having faith in yourself?

It’s not always easy, I know. And you won’t always (because that’s life and it ebbs and it flows). But if you can find time to sit down with yourself and tell yourself that you believe, trust and have faith in you, guess what?

You Will 🙂
